Re: Healthy living
Thanks Westerink! People blindly follow the experts and do not seek answers for themselves!

Thanks for the visit! Food and other natural cures don't seem to attract some kinds of people!

Healthy living
Hi. People are so ignorant about the negative effects of foods and medicines on the brain. We consume so many harmful substances...and fall for all the advertising fads. Thank you for this article. People should read the labels! Go back to basics. Drink still water. Eat fresh fruits and veggies. Eat fish. Reduce sugar intake. Take foodstate vitamins. Exercise. Laugh a lot. All solutions to our problems are not to be found in a pill!!!!

Very interesting post. It reminds me of an article I read a few weeks ago. Someone was arguing that everyone is "doping up" and not just baseball players and other professional athletes.

I have come to trust Gary Null's health advice completely, not his politics
Also consider reading works by American, David Frawley, who is a pundit/Brahmin in having studied Sanskrit and having also gone directly to the Yoga texts on Ayurveda. he lives in New Mexico). Check out his websites or google David Frawley and be pleasantly surprsied. SHALOM-Sitaram Bhai

I have complained about the ineffectiveness of my medications for several years. I feel like I take nothing more than placebo. My last prescription, my pharmacist said it was an unusual combination, he proceeded to explain the effects and so forth. ?When he finished I looked at him and said, "I am going to die from this treatment plan." I feel like I through good money after bad. sam

you're right..
we assume the intake of medicine is to seek a cure. Prevention is always better than
a cure soulbuilder.
