As I read this again
I have to say, this is something in which I think about very seldom.  As we walk past so many, enough to never fully care to count the number...We stop and finally decide to say hello, as we may have chosen the perfect one.  In a nice but thrilling ride this hit me, I thought I'd share...It makes me wonder if my Mother never passed my Father at that moment in time.  The things we think about...

Wow Jen, I can add any more but I sure endorse the comments. Striking!  Shae is out doing a wonderful job again. We can be so very proud of her. A rose and a gem. How lucky can we get. Hello my Stef!

Reads like 'the sad anatomy of a love affair'.

WOW!  I truly enjoyed this piece....  so much behind a single word such as "hello" or "goodbye".

How to tell you how wise you are ?

To some it's so easy

Some people say hello and goodbye as if they are commenting on the weather. To me the very act of saying goodbye is like donating a body part...but sometimes you have to cut certain relationships out of your life...even though it might be so painful.

Thank you for your inspirational poetry!

No need for a book, or a movie...Everything that was needed to express in this piece was done very well.
