This pope is not one of my favorites but I think he is trying to do a better service to Catholics. This time next year we won't have Bush to kick around so there will be someone in his place as with all leaders, they can only do as good as their supporting cast. No one person is to blame for everything. sam

He is actively trying to rid his organization of the immoral people that used it for their own gain. How do you know that he is not a spiritual person as well as the head of a state and the leader of millions? Do you know him personally? To judge him by the acts of the tradition he stems from is the same as judging you by whatever your ancestors did hundreds of years ago. Give the man a chance. He has already made a lot of promising changes to the official stance of the Vatican. I'm not catholic. In fact, my ancestors were persecuted by the Vatican. We all change with time and we can't get stuck in the past if we want to build a better future.
