A silly little verse, but always important to remember that nothing in life is permanent. No state of happiness or unhappiness is there to stay. You have to visualise a better life...a bright tomorrow...or it would never become reality. Acknowledge your pain...your sadness...your despair...voice it...verbalise it...and then look forward. People have survived so much pain and suferring. The human psyche has vast stores of resilience and a capacity to bring about so much positive growth and renewal within a person. So yes, there is always hope. Hope floats within us...around us...but we have to reach out and grab it.
