Or you can just freak out and dig up your new building
to unearth a shirt and what a proud moment when steinbrenner (not jokingly) suggests physical retribution -- what a donkey! I'll admit the Yankee's are the winningest team in baseball, which proves that, sometimes you do get what you pay for.
