Welcome
Nice to read about you - regards from another "Jewess" who runs the gamut from Conservative to Orthodox depending on which Bar/Bat Mitzvah I'm attending!  I've never blogged before yesterday - my venue is print media - but it's fun (albeit time consuming!) and warm here, so far.  Hope to read more from you.

Hi Thanks for your comments

I will have a photo of red hen on my blog soon now I have my phone with the camera back.  She is quite happy scratching the ground at present, clucking away. Hens are always very busy creatures. A cat is a languid creature who tends to make an art form out of relaxing and getting others to serve them. No wonder the Eygptians considered them royalty and had them in the pagan temples.

Is there a way of getting the photos from an SMS on this blog?

I do want to keep this blog free from my personal stuff though vogue and write professional stories and poems. Maybe I should do a story on Red Hen and the three roosters that were eaten by the Husky. My son took the last little black rooster out to pat him and the dog unfortunately was in the yard and caught and ate him feathers and all. Her wolf heritage is very close to the surface when it comes to poultry. Nir cried but she wasvery quick I did not even hear a sqwark and came out to have her growling at me defending her kill so to speak. I was also quite up set for a few days as my poor little rooster was so trusting and friendly.

I just hope she said a brocha (blessing) before she ate him! Maybe she did - a doggy one!

Yes, of course: WELCOME!
I took a quick dip in that other pool, but got out again quickly! I barely have time for the dusty lanes of Blogitville, which are actually quite friendly, for the most part...And it's nice to to have you here!
