What a strange question...of course, have you read my English poems? Sometimes you can express yourself better in one language than another. Thank you for your appreciation anyway!

Hi there
I'm not a medical practitioner, nor do I study the chemical properties and side effects of drugs. Ambien contains Zolpidem, which is a nonbenzodizepine hypnotic that creates gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter. In other words, it has a kind of hypnotic and sedative effect. Since the transfer of thoughts and feelings, perceptions and stimuli from the senses are essentially chemical and electrical processes that are influenced by neurotransmitters, Zolpidem thus has an influence on the storage or retrieval processes of memories in the dedritic networks in the brain.
I suppose the use of this drug can be justified in severe cases of insomnia, but personally would never use something so potentially harmful. Investigate alternatives if you do have a sleeping problem. I can suggest some very useful tips if you are interested.

I just read a comment you made about memory - maybe you could explain to me why Ambien has an "amnesia" effect on some prescribers. I would love clarification! Thank you
