Cheugon, all
real scientists are fully aware of the limitations of science - it comes with the territory...

Re: Re: I see your point...
But, it's also important to recognize the limitations of science.

Re: I see your point...
I agree, we're all against double standards, Cheugon. But in truth, while I can't speak for individual scientists, of course, there simply is no discrimination, no scientific conspiracy aimed at creationists. That cannot be said for the other side, who often opposes the teaching of evolution in schools...
Scientists only object when creationism is presented as science, and rightly so, because it isn't science!

I see your point...
...in that the alleged victims of discrimination, i.e. believers, were themselves discriminating against their opposition, i.e. atheists. I don't like double-standards, no matter who practices it.

Well, TAPS, that ain't no showgirl I ever want to meet, especially if its a rooster! What's with people? Mind you, if this thing could be trained to waddle around and dust the furniture...

Re: Re:
You are right, Nautikos. I didn't recognize you without those things. The bird is a White Showgirl Silky Rooster:

It is a new variety, not yet recognized. From the 2007 Springfield, MA poultry show. LOL

Re:
I know why you had that impression, TAPS - I inadvertantly left out a flower and a smile for you! But I have since corrected that...

And I must say that's a rather sorry looking specimen...What the dickens is it? A vulture chick?

Re:
Ain't that typical though, ZenMom? And can one possibly imagine any 'Darwinist' acting in a similar fashion? The whole thing is just ludicrous...

I've read that during the screening of the "film"— evolutionary biologist P. Z. Myers of the University of Minnesota was picked out of the line and
refused entrance by the promotors of the "film". Seems they were hoping to pack the audience w/ intelligent design groupies only. However, they failed to realize that the man standing behind Dr. Myers was none other then
Richard Dawkins (The God Delusion). Dawkins got in.........Myers did not.........gotta love it. (info courtesy of Dawkins website)
