I'm not going to say a whole lot, except

I see so many going into Med School -- so where are they going to after that?

Doctors and lawyers -- that's where the money is, and where a lot of people are going.

Med school is expensive and it takes a few years to pay it off; but the grads I would think are pretty sure of a good income after that.

Then there's the problem of hospitals taking the Drs.  If you take certain courses or seminars, then you are obligated to practice attached to a hospital.

I don't know.
