At best he appears to be merely parrotting other people's research. His weight loss book, for instance, says a lot that the Atkins diet books have already covered much more reputably.

And it sucks I read or see his adds and I really want to believe he's giving real info, but in doing my homework I have discovered he is basically full of crap and offers little real info.
