if it helps at all....
I think I'm catching it from you!! But on a serious note-- have you tried a netty pot--- the tea pot looking contraption you use to pour a salt-water solution through one nostril to have the water pour out the other? it's pretty nifty but it feels weird! it helps a lot tho-- washes out your sinuses. with a cold it only works temporarily--- with allergies it tends to work longer!!!
