It was Kenny Rogers and Sheena Easton
But the original was done by Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band

Okay I just checked
and Dolly Parton was not Kenny Rogers duet partner here, it was another female singer, less well known than Dolly.

Right on the title Sunnybeach
Kenny Rogers did a remake but I think it was with another female singer, not Dolly Parton. The original was done by the guy who wrote the song. A much better version in my opinion although I think the Kenny Rogers version was a bigger hit.
