Thanks patmanplus! Finally you understand! Meditation is a tool recommended by hinduism and christianity. The optic nerve is the EYE of the soul. To put this eye on itself, is soul's way of affirming itself. You can turn the eyeballs up, while relaxing the body, to re-tune to peace and harmony. This post tells you that knowledge that is power is a deliberate seeking , even from day care. To get to the final stage where knowledge sprouts from you, you start at level 1. You have to learn about your world(you've done some of that) and pursue truth. This means research and study. Eventually you end up with a blank consciousness(from other meditation), but it is ready to engage in an over-riding way, all info that it can accost. Different meditations give different benefits. It means, eventually, that soul defeats the dark side!

Sorry folks, my post got wiped out last night and today my computer is down. I did this post at my back-up site...the Library! I only get 90 minutes.... I also type only with my index finger and thumb. So there! I will get to your comments and to reading you when I can. Thanks for stopping by!
