How do we know?
How do we know what arises from our "good" thoughts? Sometimes we need to have bad experiences that set of a chain reaction to something even better than we anticipated. Sometimes we do something or get something that seems really good at first but turns to something really bad later? I will rather let the natural "magic" of Life unfold without asking this or that from it (Thy will be done). I'm not saying we should be absolutely passive and do nothing, but I'm not one for pushing my will against nature.
