...they should have gotten life.

From The Perspective Of A Parent
Drug dealers don't think or care to whom they sell. My teenage daughter is exposed to some level of drugs everyday at school and has already lost classmates to overdose. She runs the risk of going to a football and having someone give her a soda with a drug that can render her unconscious, etc.. If this is what it takes to make my child safe then so be it.

i see your point..... to a degree
after all alcohol kills thousands and the authorities don't sentence themselves on the flip side the drugs were illegal and until drugs are legal and controlled and there are some drugs that never should be there must be penalties. If you agree that drug abuse is an addiction or a disease then the seller of a lethal dose is no different than the man that puts a loaded gun in a child's hands
