You're welcome, auslander! You mean they let dogs not only into restaurants, but even the opera?

Thanks Naut. for your vote of confidence. I think you're right
Germany would be perfect for it: they love opera, but must of all, they love their dogs. And yes, they (the dogs) sit beside us in fine restaurants and everywhere.

Re: Oh brother...
I agree, Sira! As much as I like dogs, having a Great Dane trying to out-muscle me for my filet mignon is not my idea of a pleasant dining experience...

Oh brother...
I'm not sure whether I want to keep laughing at Kabu's little jingle, or express my disgust at the thought of going to an eatery and being forced to dine next to a pack of canines...

Re:
LOL, auslander! A great business opportunity! You could start right there in Germany, where they love opera...

Re: Sensible precaution
Obviously diminished 7's are banned in your house, as are A-minor chords, Halfelven...

Hi, Nautikos.....................
I think keeping the dogs out of the Opera House is a good idea.  Every dog we've ever had tried to sing with us - can you hear them all howling at the Opera?  hahahaha  too funny!

Kabu's comment is crackin' me up, Nautikos.  I've never heard that song, she should give us all the words.  hahahaha

I can just see the dogs; all starting to sing with the opera singers, and the available CDs for sale after the show at only $9.95 per CD to the proud dog owner!

Daddy wouldn't buy me a bow wow

I got a pussy cat and I'm very fond of that

But I'd much rather have a bow wow wow

Sensible precaution
My dog hates it when I play a diminished 7 on the piano. :) And an A-minor chord makes her think the doorbell is ringing.
