Upon wings?...
Your poem brings to mind that some things are inevitable no matter how we strive. Maybe the key is not to strive, but to just trust in the One who has made us. If we have shipwrecked along the way, it is because we have tried to be the commander. If anything "vanishes into the blue", it should be upon wings and in that, it soars and comes back to us. Vivi.

Ah this reminds me of life and death --- of birth and growth and then diminishing in age. This is very poignant...Your poetry is so deep, I admire - and take it with me for reflection.
