Thanks so much for this extremely helpful entry. I have two finished novels and am trying to find an agent, so far to no avail because I have no 'credentials'. So of course I am considering self-publishing to get at least one book of the ground, but I am somewhat helpless. Dorrance Publication have accepted one novel, but they are sooo expensive, I just can't afford it. Thanks to you I now know about Outskirt and might try and see what they have to say.
