Re: lots of shopping lots of fun tired feet at the end though

Kabu,

We did have lots of fun, despite the tired feet! And the chair we found was pretty close to perfect, so it all worked out in the end.

Thanks for reading

Re: Sira890

LOL Wiley!

Mark survived just fine. And as a reward for all his efforts, I might even let him sit in the chair every now and then!

There's a plug? Oh man, why didn't I think of that

Thanks for reading Wiley

Darn it, I knew I'd forgotten to do something!

Thanks for reminding me to forget

Sira890
Interesting day and I feel for Mark going through all that shopping. LOL Oh and about the TV sweetiepie, pulling the plug out of the wall will solve your problem. LOL

Could it be you might need a vacation? Without TV of course.

Sira
Your mind is cluttered because you forgot to forget things, which is important, as I explained in yesterday's 'Titbits'...

Re:

That's the first place I checked!

It turned up this morning, in the kitchen. I'm assuming Mark had a hand in this strange location, but don't ask me what he was doing with it there!

Thanks for reading

Re: PatB just said it all Sira....

Thanks ginnie!

It's a lot funnier when you're not the one stuck watching washed up celebs trying to tango...

LOL Pat!

I never looked at it quite like that--its strange to think of events in my life as being elements for a story, but I can totally see what you mean, looking at it from a neutral viewpoint!

Thanks for reading, and for the great perspective

...you are an excellent writer!!!  And I was LOL at the remote!

In this one piece you've got background scenarios for
four or five chapters -- flesh out the character sketches, amp up the drama a bit, and you've got some good stuff!   In the search for the perfect chair you've got all the elements of a story arc, (searching for something) conflict (cost vs desire) and a hopeful ending (resolution).   Way to go! :)pat
