azur, if we fail to laugh at the worst of times, we might go crazy.
Please feel free to use the 23 foot neighborhood alligators in your imaginary problem solving, too.

It's not cheating
Remember Picasso, cutting his strips of paper. Thank you for your letter, and never mind the length or my time. You gave me much to think about, and I will reply when the words spill out.
I had to laugh about the plots against SiL, the alligators etc.
And tests, I know there are so many specialists, in bits and pieces and none who see the full picture. At the hospital last week I bumped into my renal surgeon who searched for my ailment last year. Because there is no one who looks at everything, you go through a process of elimination, and meanwhile there is pain and half functioning.

Re: Benzinha, be careful.
majroj, you mean that this scheme actually sounds shakier and more dangerous than my sparking little melted t.v. set?
I'm thinking a cookie pan to keep it off of my wooden tables and then a small fan pointed right at its underside and heat producing motor....light thingie.....Shall put it up on precarious legs to stand taller to allow the air to get under it better.....
No water, no liquids, no walking away from this heat maker. No leaving it plugged in but turned off, no. Unplugged and cooling down and then back into it's special box....always.

Re: You've reinvented the Camera Obscura, Benzinha
You know that I got a good deal.
It does heat up terribly however, ancient machine that it is....heavy metal. I thought about standing it upon dry ice packets.....with fans.

You've reinvented the Camera Obscura, Benzinha
You paid that much for a projector (with handling)? You need a better grade of used store, abuelita!
