If you can't drive, get on your bike. Then hide your cereal and other things you don't want to share like your underwear, toothbrush and toiletpaper in the garden shed!! When I am depressed, which is quite often lately, I read your blog and laugh my head off. Thanks Vincent!!

Awww.
This time, I feel sorry for Dad, in fact. That's the thing you just have to learn when living in a family: If you want it, eat it now (otherwise, Vincent will :D).
Maybe it would be useful to talk about the potential problem before it has occurred. This way, you'll maybe have your cereal and wouldn't have to yell. Since I have two kids, I have realized that the best way how to deal with problems with adults is treat them more or less the way you'd treat a 5-year-old - keeping in mind that they're not as smart as you'd wish, they have desires they find hard to resist and they don't naturally think about consequences of their actions. It is kinda depressing, but it works.
