Glad to hear you're doing well
Freedom from pain is such a relief--a bit more time, and you'll be even healthier than that horse that everyone's always talking about!

azur, and in our best 'self' writing to others of their best self, we learn

to love what is inside of our own 'self' once again.

I find that when I write inspirationally, or from my deepest love and understanding of us all, I inspire or encourage or help others. Then, only after finishing the writing, I see that I have written to myself once again.

I am glad that your friend is better and sad that he was not better in your hour of need, and then realize that none of us are on a timetable that can be adhered to.

God bless us everyone. And I will answer your email soon.

Re: Re: Nice of you thinking of a depressed friend when...
Selfishness is selfless if we recognize the true self.  Whether we know it or not, we are all invested in each individual - they are we, and we is them.  Your endorphins go popping like a shaken champagne bottle when you help a friend (or stranger) in need.  If we could learn to sustain this chemical reaction, immortality would be a reality.

Re: Nice of you thinking of a depressed friend when...
Mr Cunning, it is not entirely selflessness for the choices of my depressed friend have a bearing on me and others

Nice of you thinking of a depressed friend when...
you yourself were not exactly on top of the world.  Selflessness must contain a healing component.  I think that it does.  Not to mention your current mind over matter.  Invincible!

I am moved by your positive outlook. It is so wonderful to be able to see beyond the nemesis and make it a cornerstone so to speak. Many blessings to you!  sam

Great news, Azur! You're on the mend and out of pain!!!
I take pain badly, it makes me angry and hostile, it depresses me. Unnecessary pain, the kind that doesn't yield to over-the-counter meds, unexplained no-apparent-reason pain, just makes me want to crawl in a hole and pull the hole in after me. I have no patience with it. So I know you must be euphoric to be released from it -- can't wait to read some of your new writing. I hope your friend's gloom lifts soon. Peace, joy, spring, hope -- I'm sending all these your way. Thanks for your lovely comment on my blog. :) pat
