I see your partner as a liability and not an asset. You want your company to be successful and that will not happen if you are carrying the load for another. Perhaps a well constructed mission statement would make a difference. Also you may have to outline your expectations for a partner as well. I wish you the best. You seem to be working to make the best for yourself in life regardless of the obstacles you face and at the least you deserve people in your circle that are as focused as you. sam
