I have an ex, ex, ex, mother in law who hasn't a clue she is on her last limp of a leg. God Bless her, she is a miracle, been on her death bed so many times I've lost count and I've stopped sending $100.00 bouquets to her too! Anyway I've come to realize that she hasn't a clue she is to die, even when we are all gathered round holding her hand as the death rattle rattles away in her chest...and then she wakes up and wants to eat and life goes on. This woman doesn't know to die. It's all in your mind...or not
