How ironic, Naut. A lawyer, assumably used to the procurement of arms
(and legs) through fees, may soon lose an arm (or two -- and perhaps a leg -- or two) to another arm and leg procuring lawyer.  Well, maybe that's not irony.  That's more like rats in a cage...

It is unfair to believe everything we hear about lawyers.........some of it might not be true.

What a hoot!  I don't know, damned if you do....damned if you don't......I can't stand those dang fish shakes ......and I don't like to have the bones in my hands go rollin' around inside my skin....it's not the pain so much as it kind of makes my stomach turn...... I wonder if the prosecutor was a bit paranoid about retribution ....or maybe she just had a boob job and was extra sensitive.....or, wait! You said this was Florida......that's almost the same as California......never mind.....that explains it.

I hate it when I shake hands and my hand bones are crushed by a grueling squeeze.

Only in America!!!
Is it any wonder that our legal system has become the laughing-stock of the world?! In Spain, they have a saying, "Don't sneeze on an American, or he'll sue you!" I love this post, but...now you got me going.....excuse me while I go and hollar at someone!
