Samantha39,
Thank you for looking in. There is common ground to be found in all areas? It does take a lot more work.

Right you are, Glennb. Distance makes the heart grow fonder. It also
keeps an habitual grenade-grabber from catching some shrapnel in the ass...

Sam444,
We have lost great numbers and there is no one trying to stop the losing. Have we become a society that only rewards a select number and the rest are throw-away? Everything in this society points in that direction? Thanks for the read.

Glen you have done an excellent job in voices these sentiments. I think the remarks belong to the minister himself. I think you are right in Mr. Obama not fielding every grenade that is thrown his way but he will never win no matter what he does. He remains calm and that for me is what I want in a leader. I wish the race thing would go away. I want us to educate the children, let them pursue their dreams and live the American dream! We are losing great minds every day and it will come back to haunt us. I wish we would scream to get them educated as loud as we are screaming at the remarks made by a  preacher. sam

Soul Builder101,
I am not disappointed nor offended by the response to the comments of Reverend Wright! This is America and I hope he is not as well? America has a long way to go, Sen. Obama's candidacy may not have the stamina to help us get there. But he has already out distanced all other attempts. I wish him well.
