a real kiss and sunglasses
I think we often forget to do the work that keeps a romance alive, so sometimes one must just ask! But I do agree that it is relatively easy to show the intent to keep romance and love alive, but I can't for the life of me figure out why we go through phases of forgetting to do!

Ah yes, Krisles,

I do agree with you, but I also think you made my case for me – the essential ingredient is the woman who has what it takes to be lit up by her jewellery, who allows herself to sparkle, who wears what she does with joy, grace and flair. What my statement was meant to imply was that jewellery alone cannot do that.

I’d rather have a woman who is radiant with a flower in her hair than one who doesn’t know how to wear a diamond necklace (and not just because the flower is cheaper, lol). But I have seen women who are little more than ambulatory display cases...

In the end, a woman's sparkle comes from her soul...

It does make a girl (of any age) feel good to have a cute boy
look at her like he's hungry and she's what he's got an appetite for. I can only guess that a guy likes that same appraisal from a girl. But there's got to be more to it than a flirty dress and a bit of bling -- which is why young love sometimes ends in a dramatic hateful mess.

Krisles
Women, when they wear ornaments I used to think, especially beauties, add value to jewelry, and jewelry adorned by the not so pretty makes them prettier, this is what I now think.

I agree with your Sparkle Theory
As women we are so tuned in to anything that makes us feel pretty, whether it be jewelry, a pretty dress, cologne, etc.   The same holds true with men who bring out that side in us.
