Ah, I have celiac disease as well, I'm not allowed too many proteins, ugly catch-22!Thank you though for the advice, I am always grateful for any new ideas!!

I used to have the same problem. It is awful. I now eat extremely high protein in the morning and unless I do 2 hours of x-tra exerciseing, heaving lifting I do not have problems anymore.

Flash back of me and my mother!
She begins to look at me funny and slurring her words and fight is on.. here I am trying to get some sort of candy or sugar down her while she is pounding on me like we never met before. But I would have to say I wouldnt take back any of those days.. I love her dearly no matter how many black eyes she has given me.. lol..

My mom typically just gets really light headed, she never talked about some of the other things you mentioned, so I'm beginning to wonder if she just doesn't mention it. That would be just like her!
On another note, Thank God my mom went to the doctor last week when she did with her chest hurting. They did a stress test, and told her get into the hospital ASAP, and they will open her up to add a second stint they call it - to open the blook flow in the arteries. They said she was almost at 90% blockage. UGH. She wanted to have the surgery today because she said "hey I'm Irish, and it will be a lucky day". Always a little sense of humor in my family! I called earlier today, and my dad said she was awake, but very weak and tired. Guess it was a lucky day for her.

I understand what you are saying. I have lived in that mode for years because of energy attacks! Its good to research permanent cures. I've seen some alternative medicine cures! Good luck!
