OMG! I can't wait to try this....it sounds luscious!!!!!
I'm baking an Irish Cream Cake to take to work tomorrow....and a friend of mine is borrowing my kitchen to make Irish Stew and Corn Beef and Cabbage....otherwise, I'd send him out for the makings right now!!!! I had guacamole in Puerto Vallarta last week and have been craving any and everything with avocados since....and I love any form of potato salad, anyway......
