@Wiley...
shhhhhhhhh.....the fruitcake just might come out and call us all homophobes. Isn't it sad when you've got to insult people in lieu of a valid argument? One of my friend's father said it best...be wary of ignorant people, because they only know how to insult.

@Livingatlarge
I'm still searching for it. Have fatih, it's not something I'm making up. It was on a pro-Obama blog that was removed. I'm searching all over for it. I'm not gonna forget about this one.

NewYorker in Sicily,
We will never rid the Planet of people who have your special hatred for the "Brown Race"! It is an amalgam of superiority and a feeling that we have contributed "nothing" to the development of civilization! Ignoring the fact that civilizations were destroyed to accommodate the European! Sen. Obama owes no more than anyone else who wants to be elected to office! He is required to bring only himself and his beliefs! That they conflict with yours is not my concern, but please do not misrepresent them as hate!

New Yorker in Sicily
Well luv, your blog certainly lends credence for my reasons to 'delete' and 'block' some fruitcakes, and have you ever noticed the most offensive ones don't have a profile posted? Obama isn't going to make it to the White House, you can take that to the bank

I've googled and can't find the connection (dunbar & Obama)!  Help!!

I cannot find the article
it was removed from the blog it was on - it was anti-Obama on an Obama site. It was about how Obama repeatedly ignored the cries of help from the horrific Dunbar Village incident. If you google Dunbar Village you 'll be able to get enough info.

I understand where you are coming from
and nothing should be classified or had due to "race" (ugly word) but had on merit and intelligence but what I'm trying to say, and what bothers me about Obama, is his hypocritical attempt to pass himself off as an African American who suffered hardships when growing up when in fact he didn't - he was born to a mixed marriage, grew up in an area far removed from racial animosity (Hawaii and abroad) and is the product of Ivy League education. His life story is extraordinary, but he can't say he relates to certain problems of down-trodden, both black and white, if he's never lived them.  He can't play on the feelings of people that way. Give me some time - I need to go look for an article again about Obama's concerns for the poor. You'll be very surprised.

Good Grief!  I can hardly believe that Rhisiart said that to you.  Not exactly the way to win friends and influence people.

I am really struggling to understand what is meant by
they "distance themselves" from the hard working African Americans.  I mean, aren't there hard working African Americans in all walks of life?  All professions and career choices?  He has implemented programs for the poor - are these the African Americans he is distancing himself from?  What is the black man's issues that are not the issues of all Americans?  My friends are a mixture of black and white, yet there are no whites in my immediate family.  My profession is mostly white, but I am not shunning my kind.  Sure, it's difficult to overcome some of the stereotypes and I am still treated differently in many situations that the white person misses because it is so subtle, but what more can be said to change this? In my opinion it's a dead horse, let's stop beating it - in time those generations that refuse to see the change will have passed and the prejudice and fear will stop, hopefully.  Again, I do not intend to vote for Obama, but I will defend his right to live where and as he pleases.  On the flip side, he is criticized for the black church he attends - seems he can't win for losing.  I know, I know, the minister is on crack, but Obama dissed him publicly for his words.

The OJ Simpson comparison

I am not making Obama out to be a hardened criminal like OJ is, I hope you understand this. The point I was trying to make is that both OJ and Obama have always distanced themselves from the hard-working, honest African American community when living their lives of privilege yet call on it when it's convenient for them. It's sickening and I wish most people would realize what connivers they are. I would also like to see crime-committing illegal immgrants shipped where they came from, just as you do. I live in Italy where the problem, too, has completely got out of control; we live in a society where if a man steals an apple to feed his kid he goes straight to jail while illegal immigrants rob, steal, murder, rape, pimp, etc, and are off the hook in hours due to some legal loophole, free to commit crimes again. I've had it and something needs to be done!

I'm glad you like my blog. All I want to do is show that Obama is not the clean-cut candidate the DNC has created. I used to like him and would not have minded to see him as president in the future, as he truly would have represented the face of America today. No more - this man is a fraud!

I would not consider voting for Obama simply due to his
inexperience.  Other reasons include, but are not limited to the fact that he voted not to throw illegal aliens who have committed crimes of violence out of the country for good; his voting record overall - what possible reason could he have for missing so many voting opportunities?  Also, I like your blog, with the exception of the O.J. Simpson remark, you address the issues and not the race card.  I'll definitely be back
