Having finished your book, you may be dealing with a kind of withdrawal
as well as the other stressors...
What you describe is a lot like the things I have learned about depression, most importantly, that it is a condition of the moment: in the midst, having the reassuring awareness that it will pass, that later or tomorrow or maybe the next day, it will be better.
Be sure to eat right, get enough rest... it will help!
