Those bastards know what they're doing, SmartChuck. They tinker away at
this and that, making godawful loads of money (you notice that no politician is poor; they may start out that way, but all that insider information...) by exploiting their authority and position, then when the market deflates, they step in and invest in the areas that are struggling or going under. It's a game of power and leverage; it's all about the money...
