Well, Ciel, as you know, I've read your post, and I can recommend it to everyone. Charlie clearly is one of the (possibly many) exceptions that prove the rule...

Re:
I think the Gov had that idea ever since he was a teenage boy, TAPS, as most of them do. What gets me about him is that he's such a bloody hypocrite...

Well, Krisles...yep! That just about sums it up, I'd say... Of course, those stats are shocking! After decades of no-holds-barred sex ed?

My seventeen-year-old son...
...has been in a monogamous relationship for more than two years with a girl, who turned nineteen in November. Needless to say, he's comfortable with commitment. Your excellent post gave me an opportunity to brag. Thanks!

Or at least for a whole hour!  Teen boys get a bad rap but then they do have all those crazy hormones surging inside...poor kids..it's just not their fault!

Whatever he thought about at 16, he found it a lot safer to play with

monsters than girls...  And yet...  If he is a geek, he is the geek to be!  When he finally did choose to ask a girl out, he chose one he was actually interested in personally--which is to say, as a person.  He was 20, I think... maybe 21.  I asked him how he decided she was someone he wanted to get closer with, and he thought about it a moment and then told me, "Well, she is the nicest person I know."

You have to know Charlie to really appreciate that comment.

I feel a post coming on...   This will take a couple of stories and some reminiscence to tell properly.

Teen age boys are sensitive? Of course they are. Some of them.
Those are the guys who sit on the sidelines at the dances, play Dungeons and Dragons on Friday nights, and grow up to be famous authors or software designers. They grow out of their awkward stage, get a good haircut and some hip clothes and marry some lovely babymaker 20 years their junior.

I love your humor. I think boys want a meaningful relationship. My sons were one women men. Then they got 'pooped' on! So no one is perfect in this ole world. There are plenty of loose women to help those boys go astray. sam

I hope the teenage boys don't get any ideas from the Gov that they can have it both ways--a pretty, loving wife and expensive fun on the side.

lol Nautikus,  I loved your post, but cut the boys some slak,  true they think only of sex, but they also crave all the other sweeter stuff, it is just  better if it comes in a 40 D. Hey its all part of growing up.  When are tese scientific types going to understand that somethings are better left alone.  Great job!!!

Sweetie.......
He likes her hair.....likes her tits......likes her ass...........likes the way she hangs on his every word........likes the way she goes down on him.......likes the way she's there anytime he calls.......oops! Did my cynical side slip out?!  Sorry, of course we are raising more sensitive, aware, caring, 16 yo's ......have you seen the recent stat that one in four female teen here has an STD?  Our female's are just as aware of the importance of searching for the inner richness inherent in a relationship developed with more than the gonads and clit........hmmmmmm, dang!  That cynical bitch in me keeps slipping out!  Funny, I'm such a softie in every area of my life except this one........
