It was another Gorgeous day in Paradise Valley...
That is the name of the valley I live in.It runs slowly up hill and meanders west until you can see the Pacific Ocean about 15 miles as the crow flies down through some of the most lush creek filled canyons with giant oaks , sycamores , cypress, manzanita, beech , laurel and some scattered redwood trees and not much else other than the wild critters and livestock that gete down in there some time.It is called the Toro Creek area.Very remote Very Lush and great to look at from the mountain top.
Where is your Paradise and how is the Real Estate Market fairing there. Im in San Luis Obispo County , CA. The market is dropping out fast and hard.But it keeps making the ten best places to live in America list.So people do come looking .

sweetheart i would have killed me to be in shoes that day! it happens all the time my dear...frustrating but it's not that bad really...happens to everyone in that business...you loose one you get more...keep up your spirit love....
