Re: yes, sam444, I found in group counselling or medication in my youth,

that what worked better for me usually and had fewer bad side effects, was the "taking of baby steps in a positive direction".

The baby steps brought success, which returned faith, which brought belief, which fired up the old steam engines and got the hundred thousand ton slightly rusting engine moving again.

Ha ha the procrastinators. As I sit here deciding what to do next
it is fitting that I end my run of treats - ie your posts - on this one. Have I decided what to

do yet. To write some fiction, finish the feature due to the big newspaper, to write the wedding  speeches I have been commissioned to do.
