True :) I think this is what drives our progress (be it a good thing or bad) - our willingness to risk our previous status quo for unknown gains and losses. To risk it just for the sake of risking, sometimes. (Just like believing because one needs something to believe in... even people who think they've explained nearly everything, still find something that rests on pure belief.)

Loved  your writing!.  Everything in life as I see it is in one way or another a gamble.  Risks are most time worth taking for if one does not stick one's neck out, one would never see anything, would one?  lol,  Oh well, you know what I mean, " nothing ventured, nothing gained" There are a million sayings to that effect so it mustmean that we all think about it at one time or another.  Great post!!
