Re: Cynthia -
WileyJohn, You have had two great loves in your life and I find your life story inspiring. It's been great knowing you;-)

Cynthia
I am sorry for your loss my friend, and I felt your love and pain for your dad, and his love for you. So very well written. Would that I felt that love you have from my own daughters, he was a very lucky man.

Re: And you know Cynthia...
Ginnie, that thought has crossed my mind too. I will be in Toronto for HOTDOCS, it's a film festival and industry market in April. Maybe that's an opportunity to get together???

Really Cynthia?
And the other thing is that we never know what will trigger our emotions...sometimes the strangest things will have us in tears.

Re: Soul Builder, My mom
has always been one of those types who just picks herself up and keeps on going. I am proud of her for that.

Re: There seems to be an and end to a life....
Ginnie what surprises me is the feelings that we never knew we had...I remember feeling very moved when you were writing about pain after your operation, that stuck with me.

Re: Cynthia, I'm sorry for your loss.
Thanks TAPS for your comment. Writing for me is a panacea in both times of joy and sorrow...

There seems to be an and end to a life....
...and then the final moments.  Neither is even close to being simple.  Your post is so well written...I can feel your emotions.

Cynthia, I'm sorry for your loss.
No matter what type of arrangements are made in the death of a loved one, it is hard to deal with the matters of the heart for each and every survivor.  Well written post in spite of your grief--or maybe because of it.
