Anyone can sue for anything.
It's up to the judge to do the right thing and one, dismiss the ridiculous and two, fine the living shit out of the jackass that put such a timewaster on the docket.

Oooohhh yeah, you make me dizzy miss Lizzy!  I was just going to rant on the 500 pound guy in New York who is suing becasue rescue workers dropped his fat ass trying to get him to the hospital.  Lord knows, he can't be respsonsible for not being able to get himself there. I'm with ya on this one!

Krisles, When you have a rant,....
you really know how to spit it out.    When I have a rant, I can't think how to say it so the reader will feel what I feel.  I'm not good with rants.

Right on. Ironically my therapist told me this morning that I am spinning, spinning out of control. I get soooo much going on in my mind that I literally accomplish nothing with my mind so full Your post is to the point and so true and my hope is that we all sit up at take notice of what really is and isn't, like responsibility in that good old fashioned way
