I'm doing so much better. Thank you for asking! 4 treatments at the chiropractor this week and I'm feeling 50% less pain. Since I was first to comment on your entry, I thought you could do the edits in time for the rest of the readers. Sometimes the teacher in me comes out of retirement.....

This seems like a hot tip. I will try it, though I love the old fashioned rooting out of weeds. I love the bending that tells me after 5 minutes...you need a rest!
