Re: PROMETHEUS
Prometheus has always been for me the most exciting of the proto-existential heroes as well as the prototype of Milton's Satan and the Byronian romantic anti- hero. He is a good vehicle to express my own "anger" and "angst". The style of what I write has evolved drastically since DREAM DANCE [ published], but the deep structure of feeling and thought has not changed. Some of the things I write are good, some "not so good." I have deleted many writes, But this is a wondereful, positive way to "get it all out.", yes?
I don't think that I write poetry, just lyrics. You all that I read are the real poets!
