Hi, ZenMom. Thanks for your sharing. Interestingly, it's been my experience that sometimes in the early stages MS and Post Polio Syndrome manifest some of the same characteristics. Thanks to people like you, I already to like it here at Blogit. Cheers for life and breath!! Marie

Hi, mrsfiregirl. Thank you for your comments. It's interesting that over the years I've not thought of myself as tough, but I'm learning through other folks comments and sharing that a lot of people don't feel they are strong enough to cope with the big things. You've given me the inspiration to talk about how some of that toughness originated when I was a child, especially after the polio epidemic. I just didn't realize it then. My best to you! Marie

Oh my goodness.......you have certainly had your share of hard times. Obviously, you are ONE TOUGH LADY. Welcome to blogit. I think you will like it here. I look forward to following your story. (I was diagnosed w/ MS in 2000. My "issues" are not as serious as yours, by any means, but I do understand how important it is to stay optimistic.)
