Mariaki--I know this joy. My oldest son is a commercial fisherman in the Bering Sea as I write this. I cannot wait to get to my end of your poem, for me, in real time. You will never have any idea, because words as props don't give it justice, how much you have liberated my fears. I have avoided writing anything on fishing because I hid my fears in my inner mew. Oh my dear, dear friend don't you love it when poetry frees another human being and the you suddenly realize it was your poem. RIGHT ON!! sam

amen what a beautiful read
yes we already have more than we ever will need and it is awesome to jus look at a tree blowing in the wind or anything in nature and jus b awed by God's beauty and dominion and yes it is key to live in the present and may we all achieve the serenity you live with...God bless
