Now I'm really interested because I never thought about it. The sleeping
and breathing thing. And I'm upset when I have to interupt my sleep for a trip to the bathroom!

Hello Naut .. That had to be a awesome experience. I remember tales of my grandmother on her ocean voyage. She loved to tell about the whales jumipng in the waters around her and their beauty.

Very interesting!
I have been on whale-watching boats off Digby Neck in Nova Scotia - a fabulous experience! But I had no idea of their sleep patterns...

I have always been fascinated by animals.
Whales in particular seem to have a special majesty about them. This was an informative and enjoyable read!
