Those tips are fantastic luv, especially about storing the cheese, but I didn't know that about the bananas either so thanks a bunch kiddo.

I'm so glad you are enjoying it. That was a new one about garlic for me, too. It makes sense. I had always been under the impression that used earlier it had more of a chance to infuse the flavor into the dish. It's probably Western tradition that lets it cook down in this way so the taste ISN'T so pungent. We like our food so bland! I liked the snickers bar dessert idea; only, there would have to be leftovers first! I never thought of peeling bananas upside down nor of disconnecting them. I had a banana hanger to hang them on.

What awesome tips. use garlic a lot and had no idea the flavor could be more enhanced at the end. I am glad this will be continued. Great tips you are sharing. Thank you! sam
