Losing a favourite writer...
We can't force ourselves to be in a place where we don't feel comfortable in, whatever the personal reason might be. But hey.. this is a wide and open world with more choices than we can think of.. I chose Blogit over some other sites because of its features. So, I understand your decision.
I really like what you write, especially when you write about they way you handle perceptions and I have learned a lot from your posts. If you remember my previous comments, I have made progress in helping my friend. And I thank you.. 
If you are going, that means I'm losing one of my favourites.. So, please leave your new blog site so that I (and others) can keep reading your views and catch up with you.

Well...
I can only say, what goes around comes around. People who are not polite, or not nice will get it back 3 fold. I have seen it happen, I have seen it come back around.

Soul Builder--once again a really worthwhile writer-is talking of leaving!
I realy don't know about the 'click' thing of which you speak? I personally-write because I love to write and Read just as many as I can-in the short space of time-(and family commitments)-that I can! Your work is so wonderfull and extremely enlightening and if your mind is made up-I shall really miss your prescence here! This talk of 'blocking' and 'evil intent' and 'verbal abuse'-I just have not come across.Maybe I'm naive-or perhaps it's on alternative 'writing fields'-I don't know? For me-you are a valuable contributer to this site-along with some others! Whatever you decide-God Bless you and Thank you so much!Chris.

I'm in a whirlwind...
Not sure how I got here...but you are obviously a very popular blogger. Aren't blogs about being able to write-say, preach-debate,stand up for one's beliefs??? I never even thought about clicks until I read your entries. I will heed your advice, and see where Blogit takes me. Good place..stay. Bad place...buh-bye. Zoe

Just one more comment luv. Idon't know how many people you may have blocked
or even if you have a list of blocked people, but blocked writers do have other friends here that they talk to and it's probably easy to offend and lose a whole group of readers that way. Freedom of choice and freedom of speech and freedom of reading is a wonderful practice. Just hang in and relax and enjoy the people who are like minded to you and if you do have a list of blocked people, unblock it and just don't answer or return the visit to those you feel are unworthy of your time. You are not paranoid, there is a lot of CRAP on this site that is popular and also a lot of GREAT writing. Remember click has another meaning, as in clan. i quit this site at one time, because of the extreme verbal abuse i received (see my last poem 2-16, i touch on that subject) and came back and some of the nasty people from before immediately started mouthing off; so i just blocked them. A lot of people that say they are spiritual are immature and vindictive. If what you say about the clicks is right then this site is crooked. i've had my problems in the past with people who only believe in free speech when they are speaking. If you do leave, i would to know where you go cause i like your work a lot and maybe thereis a better place for us types.

suppose I've never been competitive nor have I expected to make money here. I'm more you read me &I'll read you and we both learn something about each other the world and different topics. Think it over luv, before you make a final choice.

Although I've never really understood how it worked click wise; I do enjoy the interaction on blogit as well as some great poetry and articles; you have been on my faves list as well as Neil for some time; I will be very very upset to see you go; please re-consider

Blogit is easiest for clicks & comments.Other blogs R improving GOoD luck
I agre U are worth your words in gold! Some crap about "I had a horrible day" passes as poetry. What else but what u say is going on.... there are some great writers here, but looking at those who left, including all Daves. makes one wonder who keeps on here at Blogit. Folks like me may follow U this time for good. Shalom

You can look at this one of three ways.
The first: If you consider yourself to be wielding "the sword of truth"; your walking away when the battle gets tough, discouraging or disheartening will be fine and dandy to those opposing you. What does this say about the validity of your belief?
The second: If its about ego and self justification then you are a simple fraud and the sooner you leave the better for all.
The third: You've prayed about it and it is simply time for you to move on. If that is the case, Keep your blade sharp, your head high and know that God is with you in all things and at all times.

If numbers
be the focus then blogit will always let you down. It is here as it is in life with some people seemingly getting more or giving less. It takes less to stay in the top five than to get there. Luckily for me, I don't care about that kind of stuff. Long ago I did - I was in the top five for a couple of years. Anyway, I think it makes it kind of burdensome if we focus on reciprocity and for people like me, well if I had to function like that, I could not be here. I read some people every day but some days I say nothing. When I have time and energy or something to say I comment. Why do I comment? For return clicks, or because something stirred me to comment? No, not for return clicks. I don't care about clicks but I do care about readers. People have the freedom to read me or not, comment or not, and I have the same choices as a reader. It can't be an exact science and not everyone will like us. It seems to me you have some loyal readers. Why not celebrate that and forget the rest, and those meaningless numbers?

you know how I feel, I don't lack words in telling you, but what I don't understand you are one of the top writers so what is it you are looking? Lift yourself up and get out of the negativity of life and maybe things would turn around. You and I have had a special connection for quit sometime and that part of you I will miss.
Take care and maybe someday you will get your life back to where you think it should be.

I don't know what to say. People can't be made to read what they are not interested in reading. If you really want to be read, you have to write what the readers want. You don't seem to be the type of person to make that compromise.
