This one is difficult
I wish I could explain how I feel. One just because people don't believe the same as you, does not mean that they are disrespectful. I respect the fact that people have sons and daughters or wives and husbands who have made a conscience decision to join the military. I also respect the fact that they believe what they are doing is right. I certainly do not blame them for making that decision. Everyone sees this world in a different light. However, the light that shines on my world does not allow me to kill others for any reason. Yes, Freedom is not free, but it is not dom (dumb) either. Everyone has the right to believe as they wish - I give you your right now please give me mine.

I agree.  This is war and has been for awhile.  I have a brother of a son in law who just left for his third tour in Iraq leaving behind wife and three children.  Has anyone figured out what would have happend if we hadn't gone into Iraq?

Sandy
'Freedoms just another word for nothing left to lose'... so said Janis Joplin. I'm not deep, I still haven't figured this one out but it was what came to mind as I read your post. Anyway, picketing and complaining and throwing our individual opinions in one anothers face does nothing but insight violence. disruption and derision. Peace at heart, mind and behavior however will change the world.
