Re: I had a day like that recently!

Sounds peaceful Naut!

I did pretty much the same thing, and today I feel very well rested indeed.

Re:

Alien,

I agree--it's just a matter of letting go of all the things I should or could be doing, and embracing the art of doing nothing at all.

Re: Sira890

The weather certainly plays a factor in my moods--it's hard to get motivated when you know there's a foot of snow covering the car, and the sky is a persistently gloomy shade of gray.

Today is already looking like a better day!

Thanks for reading

I had a day like that recently!
A meeting had been cancelled, I didn't have to leave the house (I work out of my house), and although I had a million things to do, I just didn't feel like doing them. I didn't even feel like reading, which is very unusual. I laid down on the couch, watched the birds and the falling snow, and thought of nothing, pretty well all day...

I think, Sira, that those days are certain acts of freedom

Sira890
I hope tomorrow dawns crisper for you Sira.  We've all been there, and it gets worse as winter continues.  Have a Benylin day today and accept it for what it is.
