You are in a tough spot. Use us for support. You have issues to resolve and they are best taken one at a time. You really need to take charge and be firm but not overbearing. handle only what your mind will allow for any given situation and go from there. It should be resolved so that each one involved is minimized by the trauma of the situation. Much good luck! sam
