My mother-in-law hates flying!
She used to be an avid traveler, and came out to visit every year. Now, she only flies when she has to. Last time she came into town, Mark and I picked her up at the airport. The whole ride home (which lasted about 40 minutes), she complained about the service, the horrible seating, the stupid movies, and, of course, the food.
According to her, the "soup" was more like swamp water. The ham sandwich was the worst offender - "The ham slice--if you could call it that--was so thin, I don't think the pig even felt it when they shaved it off his arse! And the bun came right from the last supper, I'm sure!" It was so funny, especially with her newfoundland accent. Mark and I still chuckle about it every now and then.

unfortunately, it's all in the attitudes of the flight attendants (i guess they are now called?)...and the worst are US airlines.....
