LOL!! Like you said, I wasn't sure if that was a southern thing..." but that "Phil-ism" was totally funny!! Yeah, I thought he'd beat that guy down, but I think he really kissed his butt a lot for the first half of the show. I guess that was to keep him there in order to give him the business afterwords. I just saw that episode last night and I had to laughed at that too. I was not sure if it was a Southern thing, or just a "Phil-ism"... but I imagined him beating that guy until he was bloody and an old lady janitor with a tag reading "Molly" coming to mop it up....!
